Every pair of PelleVista shoes is handcrafted upon receipt of your order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders can be tracked directly via the Skynet website or through your PelleVista account.
International Orders & Customs
PelleVista ships worldwide. For international orders:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
- Customs processing may add additional time to delivery estimates.
- We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
Important Notes
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
